• For customers: Simple upload flow (from device, camera, or URL) with preview and basic editing tools—no extra steps.

• Works with all Shopify themes (2.0 & legacy)
• Basic (free): up to 5 upload fields; Professional: unlimited fields with product targeting
• Basic accepts images only (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF); Professional adds PDFs, DOCX, design files, ZIPs and more
• File size limits: 50 MB (Basic) / 2 GB (Professional)
• Monthly customer uploads: 100 (Basic) / unlimited (Professional)
• File retention: 7 days (Basic) / 6 months (Professional)
