Uploads Pro ("we", "us", or "the App") provides services as a Shopify application installed by store merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have in relation to that information.

This policy applies to data we process in connection with the Uploads Pro application. It applies to store owners and users of the App. If you are a Shopify merchant who has installed the App, please also review Shopify’s privacy documentation since Shopify may provide certain data to us as described below.

We do not sell your personal information.
We store data as long as it is necessary to provide the App, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Uploaded files and associated metadata are stored on secure storage systems. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and encryption in transit. However, no system is perfectly secure — please avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless necessary.
Data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where transfers occur, we use mechanisms that provide appropriate protections (for example, standard contractual clauses) or transfer only to service providers that provide adequate safeguards.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. If you are a Shopify merchant, some controls (for example, deletion of shop data) can also be performed from your Shopify admin by uninstalling the App.
We retain merchant data and uploaded files while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery, billing, and compliance. If you uninstall the App or request deletion, we will remove merchant data and uploaded files within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business needs. The App is not intended for children under 13 (or a higher minimum age where required). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the Last updated date above. Significant changes may be communicated via email to merchants or via notices in the App.
